My husband and I have been here about a year, and we have really enjoyed our time here! The apartment is very nice. Has nice flooring throughout, nice kitchen upgrades, and every room has plenty of space and storage. The repairs we would submit in were taken care of in a timely manner. All of the staff members are very nice and very accommodating. I recommend Highpointe Apartments to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced apartment in the Jackson/Brandon area!

After selling our home very quickly, we needed a short apartment stay, and chose Highpointe as our home. Now at the end of our 6 month lease, we want to share our experience. We were very impressed with friendly and efficient staff in leasing and maintenance, who always went above and beyond to make sure our requests and questions were fully answered and taken care of. We had very prompt response to every maintenance request and questions about facilities, and always felt safe and secure in this area. Highpointe has beautiful and well maintained grounds, and pleasant and quiet residents. We never had any pests, and parking was always available for our two cars. The apartments had been updated and well maintained. We recommend Highpointe without reservation to anyone looking for an apartment home!

My roommate and I have recently been touring area apartments, seeing what our options are while considering moving. We stopped by Highpointe yesterday and were blown away by how great the staff was. Everyone we spoke was was friendly, kind, professional, and accommodating! We felt so welcome and had all our questions answered in a professional and cheerful manner. When, as we were leaving, we learned that pretty much everyone we spoke with was relatively new to the job, we were so surprised - they all were so professional and knowledgeable that we never would have guessed. Additionally, the person we were supposed to have an appointment with was unexpectedly out for the afternoon, so to see that they were all taking up that slack so cheerfully and competently was really confidence-inspiring. Needless to say, they made a great impression and Highpointe Apartments is very high on our list for when we are ready to make a move. Thanks for a great experience!
